Vocabulary Setup

The Vocabulary 2.1 software package needs the next minimal configuration for proper working:

• PC compatible computer based on 80486 or newer processor
• Minimum 8 MB working memory (RAM)
• Microsoft Windows 95 or newer (with installed support for Eastern Europe)
• CD-ROM drive
• od 10 do 70 MB free space on hard disk (depends on choice of installation)

For more comfortable work with program it is recommended to have a computer with Pentium or newer processor, with 16 MB or more RAM, 15 MB to 75 MB of free space on hard disk, some modern text processor and a Sound Card (for pronunciation).

After You put the CD to the CD-ROM drive, the Vocabulary Setup will start automatically. Soon a window will appear with the License Agreement. You must accept this agreement, otherwise You won't be able to continue the setup.

After that the "User Information" window will be displayed:

Enter Your name and surname to the "Name" field, and Your company name (or any character) to the "Company".

Then You will have to call the Authors by phone. (The Phone Numbers are in the manual). You will announce these information:

• Registering Number from the back of the User's Manual
• Your Name, Surname and E-mail address (or phone number)
• Setup ID Number, which is displayed in the third line of text

At that point You will become a Vocabulary Registered User, and You will get the Serial Number, which You must enter immediatelly to the appropriate field. Then You can click to "Next" and continue the installation.

Soon after You can choose between two type of installations:

• Full - copy the whole content of the CD (including voice pronunciation) to the hard disk (require about 70 MB)
• Compact - copy the content of the CD without voice pronunciation to the hard disk (require about 10 MB)

The Installation will be finishing with the Support for MS Word. It is recommended to install this support.
